MARAVILLA MACAW and TUANIS TOUCAN
Enjoy everything the Manuel Antonio/Quepos region has to offer, but without all of the traffic, noise, and people. This two-bedroom condo is an easy 5-minute drive to Quepos-Manuel Antonio, and has jungle and wildlife.
On the first floor, the open floor plan allows easy flow between the kitchen, the kitchen island (with stool seating), the living room, dining area and main floor outdoor patio space, which faces a lush jungle. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. There is a washer dryer in the laundry closet on the patio.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans, and a dual-sink bathroom, with shower and toilet. The Major Bedroom is the corner bedroom and has a private walkout patio. Enjoy your morning or afternoon coffee sitting outside and listening to the birdsong and jungle wildlife.
Maravilla Macaw and Tuanis Toucan are next door to each other. The condos may be rented individually or rented together to provide the perfect vacation place for couples or families traveling together. The condominiums are spacious and homey and the pool area with the rancho provides the perfect place to relax and take in the sounds and sights of the rainforest.
The community has two swimming pools along with a large hospitality space in the middle of the common area. Guests will not hear any of the activities at the pool area because the condos face a different direction and are approximately 100 meters away.
There are two large grocery stores nearby, gas stations, and restaurants all within 5 minutes of the condos. The entrance to the property is only 3 miles from the Quepos regional airport (about 7 flights per day and all small airplanes) and only 2 miles from the hospital. The property is gated and has a guard on duty 24 hours a day.
The Quepos marina, Marina Pez Vela, is approximately 5 minutes from the property. Quepos is known for world class sport fishing and the Marina is the launching point for many fishing and sight-seeing charters, medical center, pharmacy, restaurants and the launching point for many fishing and sight-seeing charters.
